1. Definitions
“Client”, “You”, “Your” – any individual or business using our website or services
“Services” – Logo Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Social Media Design, Web Design, UI/UX Design, Creative Design, or any other offerings provided by Spellaro
2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our services, submitting inquiries, or accessing the website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
3. Scope of Services
We offer:
Logo Design
Graphic Design
Packaging Design
Social Media Design
Web Design
UI/UX Design
Creative Design
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are clearly outlined in official proposals, quotations, or written agreements shared with the client.
4. Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule
Delayed payments may pause or delay the project
No final files or deliverables will be shared until all dues are cleared
Upfront payments are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement
5. Revisions & Change Requests
Revisions are limited to the number mentioned in the proposal
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
Major changes requested after project approval or progress may be treated as a new project
6. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is completed
Drafts, initial concepts, and rejected designs remain the intellectual property of Spellaro
Clients are not permitted to resell, reproduce, or distribute unused concepts without written permission
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide clear and accurate project requirements
Share necessary content, assets, and approvals on time
Ensure that all provided materials do not violate copyright or legal regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and sensitive information
Any delay caused by the client may impact project timelines.
8. Service Limitations
We follow industry best practices, but we do not guarantee:
Exact design outcomes matching subjective expectations without revisions
Immediate turnaround beyond agreed timelines
Results affected by third-party tools, hosting, or platforms
9. Portfolio Rights
Spellaro reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or social media platforms unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
10. Termination of Services
We may terminate services if:
Payments are delayed or not completed
Terms are violated
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate behavior occurs
Clients may also request termination through mutual agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Spellaro is not responsible for:
Loss of data or files once delivered
Delays caused by third-party services (hosting, tools, platforms)
Business losses resulting from design usage or implementation
Misuse or unauthorized changes made by the client after delivery
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Gujarat courts.
